Healthy eating
Le Trèfle is a small family business committed to sourcing our products responsibly. We prioritise local, seasonal, and organic produce, over industrially processed and/or genetically modified ones. This endeavour stems from our desire to minimise the impact on our environment, contributing to a better future for our children, and to promote healthy eating through our menu of fresh, wholesome, honest and delicious food.
Ethical food
At Le Trèfle, we foster an atmosphere where staff are contributors. We all share in our successes (and maybe the ocassional failure). Our aim is to minimise our environmental footprint through energy efficiency and waste management programs including waste reduction, recycling and composting.
The way we see it, ‘success’ is not only measured in financial performance, but also in how we nuture our staff, community and the environment.
Our providers
At Le Trèfle, what cannot be made in-house is bought from other local, family-based businesses. We are very grateful for the relationship we’ve established with every one of them and we’re very proud to represent their brands.
We love coffee. Offering the best coffee available is always high on our list of priorities. Allpress Espresso arguably roasts the best coffee one can hope to find. We also share a great deal of “life principles” with them, such as being a participatory business. This makes our collaboration even more meaningful.
Our lattes, cappuccinos, piccolos and flat whites are made with Country Valley milk, from happy cows, fed in chemical-free pastures, and minimally processed in Picton, NSW. This milk is also used in our milkshakes.
Our bread is organic, hand-made and baked in Sydney by Brasserie Bread, not imported frozen, nor mass produced.
